New Tech Committee Chair Named

Mike Cline, Vice President and Director of Engineering Operations for Hannum, Wagle & Cline Engineering, has been named Chair of the ISI Technical Committee. He replaces Craig Farkos whose term expired. Craig will remain a member of the ISI Board of Directors.

Cline has over 35 years experience, specializing in the study, master planning, design and construction of water, wastewater and storm water distribution, collection and treatment systems. He recently became one of 17 engineers in the nation to become board certified by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers in the sustainable engineering specialty.

Mike has been active in ACEC, ASCE, APWA, AWWA, WEF and AAEE throughout his career and served on a number of high profile committees. He was part of the original work group that lead to the founding of ISI.

The Technical Committee is an important hub of activity within ISI. It is responsible for the development and revision of Envision™ and the management of several sector and specialty skill set subcommittees and work groups. Envision™ is an evolving system and will undergo significant change over the next few years.
