Presenter Checklist

☐ Confirm your participation.

☐ Join your conference session using your personalized Zoom Events speaker link.

Zoom Events Access

This virtual conference will be hosted on the Zoom Events platform. You will receive an email from Zoom Events notifying you that the event organizer invited you to be a speaker for the 2026 ISI Annual Conference. This invitation will include your unique Zoom Events speaker link that will grant you presenter permissions within the Zoom Events platform. On the day of your session, please be sure to join the event using this unique speaker link (even if you have previously registered as an attendee) — the speaker links and attendee links for joining the conference provide different permissions. Please make sure you have the latest version of Zoom installed on your computer, and plan to log on 15 minutes prior to the start of your session to confirm your audio and video connections.

Session Type Details

Panel

Session Length: 60 minutes

Panel sessions should maximize discussion among the panelists and answer related questions from the audience.

Education

Session Length: 30 minutes (20-minute presentation + 10-minute Q&A session)

Education sessions will feature technical presentations that highlight best practices, how to’s, trends, deep dives, insights, innovation, etc. Education sessions are grouped together under a theme or focus area to form a session block.

Project Showcase

Session Length: 15 minutes

Showcase sessions feature Envision project case studies. Multiple sessions are combined with Q&A as a session block.

Academic Poster

Session Length: 8-10 minutes

Presenters prepare a poster and provide a short summary presentation as part of a poster session.

Presentation Templates

Please download and use the ISI Annual Conference presentation templates for consistency across all sessions.

Presentation Uploads

Please upload your final presentation slides by Friday, October 9, 2026. A PDF of your slide deck will be compiled with the other presentations and made available for download after the conference.

  • Use the following naming convention for your file: lastname-presentationtitle
  • Upload your file into this shared folder organized by date and session.

"Tech-Check" Sessions

We strongly encourage all presenters to attend one of our technical check sessions scheduled in late September. During these sessions, we’ll demonstrate the Zoom Events platform, review presentation logistics, answer questions, and test your microphone and camera. You will receive calendar invites for two sessions – please plan to attend one to make sure you are comfortable with the Zoom Events Platform prior to the conference. If you are unable to attend either session, we’ll provide a recording so you can review the guidance prior to the event.

Presentation Recordings

All conference sessions will be recorded and made available in the Zoom Events lobby and through ISI’s online education courses. By participating in the conference, you acknowledge the recording of each session and the use of the recordings for these purposes.
