Julie Koehler has more than 24 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry as a consultant and a municipal utility service provider.  Julie’s areas of focus include planning, infrastructure management, and sustainability. Ms. Koehler is a registered professional engineer in Colorado, an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) since 2012, and a certified Envision trainer since 2022.
