Sustainability and Building Certification Manager

Enrica has been the Sustainability and Building Certification Manager at ICMQ Società Benefit S.p.A. since 2008. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in environmental performance assessment and infrastructure sustainability.  

Her background in the Envision Framework includes the Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP) credential and experience as a qualified Envision Verifier and ISI-accredited Trainer. She has expertise in conducting project reviews, preliminary assessments, and training sessions. 

Enrica brings a proven ability to guide design and construction teams in aligning project strategies with sustainable requirements and goals, with advanced skills in managing certification processes across multiple green building standards such as LEED AP and WELL AP.  

With a long-standing interest in sustainability, she remains passionate about new challenges and committed to staying current with emerging high-performance trends in the construction sector.
