Infrastructure Resilience Engineer

Justin serves on the Editorial Board of the Water Environment Federation’s (WEF) Water Environment & Technology journal and is a proud graduate of the WEF Water Leadership Institute. He also holds the position of Secretary for the Engineers Ireland Water & Environment Society, reflecting his commitment to advancing the profession globally. 

Justin earned his Environmental Engineering (Honors) degree from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
