Ted Marcelo is ISI’s Director of Learning Solutions, helping lead the Education department’s strategy, design, and delivery of its credentialing program. He oversees the development of eLearning courses, translating complex sustainability and infrastructure concepts into accessible, engaging, and actionable learning.
Ted holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in instructional design & technology from the University of Tampa.
Previously, Ted served as lead instructional designer and learning management system administrator for a national distribution company, and before that, as a counselor for a Tampa nonprofit supporting middle- and high-school students in defining and pursuing post-secondary pathways. Across roles, he has been an advocate for the reach and equity of decentralized learning for underserved communities.
In his free time, he is reading, writing, or enjoying sunny Florida.
