Lead Executive Officer and Director

Quin is the Lead Executive Officer and Director of luuceo consulting. She practices as a strategic sustainability consultant and professional facilitator. She is an Envision Sustainability Professional, Trainer and Verifier. She has facilitated planning and design processes for infrastructure projects across North America to enhance asset performance and resilience, specializing in the application of leading design frameworks such as the Envision® framework for sustainable infrastructure and the Integrated Design Process (IDP).

Quin has advised clients and worked with project teams to execute sustainable and resilience strategies for alternative project delivery, preparing language and sustainability management systems to support project procurement documents for multi-billion dollar projects in Canada and the United States. Her portfolio extends across sectors, including airports, ports, transportation, campus development, flood and stormwater management, and water and wastewater treatment. Quin’s passion for sustainability shines through in all aspects of her life, stemming from her great love of nature and the outdoors and desire to preserve it for future generations and species of all kinds.
