Scott Marvel is ISI’s Senior Verification Specialist within the Verification Program, where he uses his professional experience to support the Envision verification process. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) living in Colorado. Prior to joining ISI, Scott worked in land surveying and as a consulting engineer in the land development realm focused on a wide variety of technical design, project management, and project owner/stakeholder support. Scott has worked with permitting agencies and design teams across the Unites States on projects related to residential & commercial development, stormwater management, underground utilities, dam inundations, and solar array facilities.
