Sheila Newman oversees accounts payables and receivables, customer service with all incoming calls and e-mails, and supports all other areas of ISI. She is a 21-year Air Force veteran. Her career was in civil engineering, working in pavements maintenance, heavy equipment, RED HORSE (Rapid Engineering Deployment – Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineer), quality assurance for Grounds Maintenance, and a manager of Safety, Security & Vehicles.

When Sheila retired from the military, she wanted to broaden her experience, so, in addition to her military career, she worked for more than 13 years in supervision, administration, & customer service  in the medical field and with healthcare providers, working for durable medical equipment companies. She also worked 10 years as a professional petsitter.
