Caroline is an environmental project manager with HNTB. Her primary focus is on NEPA documentation and land-use compatibility at airports and for other transportation projects. She has a master’s degree in city and regional planning (MCRP) from Georgia Tech and an undergraduate degree in historic preservation from the University of Mary Washington.
She has used her Envision training to help develop sustainability plans for several modes of transportation and is eager to continue guiding clients to incorporate sustainability into the early stages of project planning.
