This is the preeminent event for AEC industry professionals committed to fostering sustainable, equitable, and resilient civil infrastructure. This year’s theme, “Realizing the Vision,” will encourage insightful discussions that help bridge the gap between ambitious sustainability goals and tangible project outcomes. We’ll explore real-world case studies, showcasing experiences of challenge met with innovation, while using the Envision framework as a guide on the path to sustainable infrastructure.

If you‘re an experienced professional using Envision to help design, plan, and develop sustainable infrastructure projects, we invite you to share your experiences and lessons learned by submitting an abstract for one of our virtual conference speaker sessions. Individual and team submissions are welcome.

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: August 1, 2024

Please use the form below to submit a short abstract. The conference planning committee will review abstracts in the order received and will organize selected speakers by theme into 1 or 1.5 hour panel segments, with 2-4 speakers per panel.

Speakers will be informed of the committee’s decision as early as possible, at which time they will be given additional details regarding draft presentations and dry runs. The draft presentations will be due several weeks prior to the conference to allow sufficient lead time to review and organize them for a seamless participant experience, and speakers will be asked to perform a dry run to test their presentations with the Zoom Events platform.
